So the claims and counter claims have begun. Blame apportioned, jobs a good un. It’s all down to the mismanagement of the Club over the years that we find ourselves in the position we are in now. Now that us simple minded Coventry fans and the good people of the City have been told, we can sleep easy in our beds at night knowing those who could help have done all they can.

Well I for one am not buying it.
The most damning statement I have read in all of this seems to have slipped by without even a second thought from the Sky Blue faithful.

In 2006 Coventry City Football Club suggest to ACL a revised rent deal. Instead of the £1 million a year.
Whilst in the Championship the Club pay £500’000 a year.
Once in the Premiership £1.5 million a year.
